Examining the Connectivity between Urban Rail Transport and Regular Bus Transport

According to the principle of urban transport integration and sustainable development, in this work, we study level connection between rail transit regular bus transport, construct an evaluation indicator system according characteristics system, use entropy weighting method (EWM) calculate weights indicators determine influence each on connection, a TOPSIS comprehensive model, which can make overall objects subject multiple factors analyze stations. Finally, analysis are applied example station operation Wuxi city, problems interchange case analyzed. We find that 57.5% stations have low connectivity information service average transfer time most influential factors. This defines quantifies eight key rail-transit quantify grade different stations, selects city as for validation. Our research provides theoretical support practical guidance improving capacity development public transport.
